Printmaking is McKenzie’s medium. Learning the process as an undergraduate at St. John’s he went on to make it his choice for professional expression. McKenzie has proven resourceful in adapting printmaking conventions for highly experimental purposes. Throughout his career he has worked within the framework of the medium pushing the envelope of technical achievement to a higher realm.
